I don't often give reviews but wanted to take the time and do so with Pro Roofing as I think they deserve it. Their inspection of my roof and repair was honest, transparent and only the work that needed to get done was quoted and completed. The quality of the work to my untrained eye was excellent and the owner was professional in our dealings. Would use again, highly recommended.

Just recently had a roof put on from Charlotte Pro Roofing. Everyone that works there was a pleasure to work with and the roof looks fantastic!! Did a great job with my insurance as well!!! Would highly recommend if you need a new roof!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Professional, timely, great communicators and they stand behind their work. We had our roof on our house replaced as well as our shed, our gutters and four skylights. Everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They were also extremely attentive to keeping the site clean and getting up the nails! Always a project foreman on site (Alex for us) who was exceptional. We did have one skylight fail and I reached back out to them. The glass had cracked (and this was a top of the line WiFi controlled skylight). I didn't get a "call the manufacturer" response. They took care of business and replaced the entire skylight promptly. Would highly recommend!

We have had a few major leaks in our building, that needed attention right away. Called a few roofing contractors in Charlotte, they came out, looked at the leak from the inside, and received a quote on the spot. The process took less that 10 mins, and quite professional. After having called Charlotte Pro Roofing (CPR), I have experience how roofing should be done. Vladimir provided pictures of what the issue was, and explained that the repair will not be a easy fix, and looking at the pics, I agree. The other roofers would have temporary fix, but with CPR, I am confident my issue will be fixed the right way.

Price seemed reasonable—they were the only company I contacted.
