We have had a few major leaks in our building, that needed attention right away. Called a few roofing contractors in Charlotte, they came out, looked at the leak from the inside, and received a quote on the spot. The process took less that 10 mins, and quite professional. After having called Charlotte Pro Roofing (CPR), I have experience how roofing should be done. Vladimir provided pictures of what the issue was, and explained that the repair will not be a easy fix, and looking at the pics, I agree. The other roofers would have temporary fix, but with CPR, I am confident my issue will be fixed the right way.

I called Vladimir regarding a leak that showed itself after a long rainstorm and he came by and looked at what was going on. He was able to spot a few issues that had happened apparently during installation and gave me extremely good information so that I could speak to my insurance company regarding my claim.

Before I I made the decision to contract them, the builder called and said they would repair the issues at no cost to me.
