Great experience from start to finish. Professional, timely, great communicators and they stand behind their work. We had our roof on our house replaced as well as our shed, our gutters and four skylights. Everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They were also extremely attentive to keeping the site clean and getting up the nails! Always a project foreman on site (Alex for us) who was exceptional. We did have one skylight fail and I reached back out to them. The glass had cracked (and this was a top of the line WiFi controlled skylight). I didn't get a "call the manufacturer" response. They took care of business and replaced the entire skylight promptly. Would highly recommend!

I think Charlotte Pro Roofing did a great job of installing my roof and removing any debris leftover from the roof. They have great employees that are friendly and know what they're doing.??
