We have had a few major leaks in our building, that needed attention right away. Called a few roofing contractors in Charlotte, they came out, looked at the leak from the inside, and received a quote on the spot. The process took less that 10 mins, and quite professional. After having called Charlotte Pro Roofing (CPR), I have experience how roofing should be done. Vladimir provided pictures of what the issue was, and explained that the repair will not be a easy fix, and looking at the pics, I agree. The other roofers would have temporary fix, but with CPR, I am confident my issue will be fixed the right way.

We had a roof replacement completed by Charlotte Pro Roofing. Working with Alex was a pleasant experience. He was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Was very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Charlotte Pro Roofing. Thanks Alex for going above and beyond expectations.

I called Vladimir regarding a leak that showed itself after a long rainstorm and he came by and looked at what was going on. He was able to spot a few issues that had happened apparently during installation and gave me extremely good information so that I could speak to my insurance company regarding my claim.

Before I I made the decision to contract them, the builder called and said they would repair the issues at no cost to me.

I will keep Charlotte Pro Roofing in my contacts for any future issues that I may need their services for.

Charlotte Pro Roofing was very responsive to my first inquiry into my roof repair needs. They came onsite the same day, did the inspection, and took the time to educate us on the options and near/long term effects. After a few other estimates we came back to Charlotte Pro Roofing because of their competitive prices and clear expertise. If you have roof repair needs, call Charlotte Pro, you will not be disappointed.

3 words....Professional, Trustworthy, Thorough! “Alex” is the man, with his roof inspection prior to buying my new home, I slept good at night. We can’t thank Alex enough and also the repairs he completed. Great overall experience, and I recommend this company for all roofing needs.

Charlotte Pro Roofing is first rate — I can’t speak highly enough of them. The entire process was great from beginning to end. After the initial assessment they dealt directly with the insurance company which made things incredibly easy. Vladimir is the consummate professional — extremely knowledgeable, honest and very detailed. And the work crew was the same — courteous, professional with great attention to detail. Charlotte Pro Roofing is exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish. Professional, timely, great communicators and they stand behind their work. We had our roof on our house replaced as well as our shed, our gutters and four skylights. Everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They were also extremely attentive to keeping the site clean and getting up the nails! Always a project foreman on site (Alex for us) who was exceptional. We did have one skylight fail and I reached back out to them. The glass had cracked (and this was a top of the line WiFi controlled skylight). I didn't get a "call the manufacturer" response. They took care of business and replaced the entire skylight promptly. Would highly recommend!

The crew showed up as soon as the sun rose!Throughout the whole process I was well informed and no unexpected expenses came up. My home was cleaned throughly and every nail was removed with a magnet! The transformation of my new roof and garage was fantastic I couldn’t be more pleased. Would rate them 10 stars if I could.

I strongly recommend this company. Very professional, Vladimir did everything he said he would.
