After the initial assessment they dealt directly with the insurance company which made things incredibly easy. Vladimir is the consummate professional — extremely knowledgeable, honest and very detailed. And the work crew was the same — courteous, professional with great attention to detail. Their inspection of my roof and repair was honest, transparent and only the work that needed to get done was quoted and completed. The quality of the work to my untrained eye was excellent and the owner was professional in our dealings. Would use again, highly recommended.
Click Clack11/08/2021We have had a few major leaks in our building, that needed attention right away. Called a few roofing contractors in Charlotte, they came out, looked at the leak from the inside, and received a quote on the spot. The process took less that 10 mins, and quite professional. After having called Charlotte Pro Roofing (CPR), I have experience how roofing should be done. Vladimir provided pictures of what the issue was, and explained that the repair will not be a easy fix, and looking at the pics, I agree. The other roofers would have temporary fix, but with CPR, I am confident my issue will be fixed the right way.
